Privacy Policy

1. Information Dartava may process

• Account information: email address, display/profile information, authentication and account-security records, and age/date-of-birth information used to apply Junior Mode protections where required.
• Darts activity: match scores, visits, results, training sessions, statistics, competition and club activity, player setup/equipment information, and content you choose to add to your Dartava profile.
• Social and communication data: messages, posts, reactions, team or club interactions and related moderation/safety records when you use those features.
• Camera, microphone and media: only when you choose features that need them, such as board-camera assistance, remote-board play, replay/media tools or spoken-score fallback. Device permissions are requested by the browser or Android system.
• Technical and security information: session/device information, IP/network information, logs, security events and diagnostic data needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
• Subscription information: plan, subscription status and transaction references. Payment providers process payment-card details; Dartava does not need to store your full card number.

2. How the information is used

Dartava uses information to provide scoring and match state, save player history, run training and club features, connect online matches, operate account and subscription access, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, secure the service, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.

3. Camera and microphone

Camera and microphone access is optional and feature-specific. Dartava does not require those permissions for ordinary manual scoring. If you deny a permission, features that depend on it may not work, while the rest of Dartava can continue where supported.

4. Children and Junior Mode

Dartava applies additional privacy and safety controls to under-18 accounts. Junior profiles are private by default, and higher-risk social, camera, replay or live-media features can require verified adult guardian approval. Dartava does not require identity-document images for the guardian-consent flow.

5. Service providers and sharing

Dartava may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, network/media delivery, backups and similar infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Dartava does not sell personal information.

6. Storage, security and retention

Dartava uses technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect account and gameplay information. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Account and gameplay data may be retained while your account is active; security/session records and backups may be retained for limited operational periods. Information may also be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or security purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can manage many profile and permission choices in Dartava and in your device settings. Dartava provides account controls for data export and account deletion. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply in your location.

8. International processing

Dartava and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for that processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Dartava changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show the current version.
